Bookings & deposits
Appointments are secured with a refundable deposit of ₦2,000, paid securely through Paystack at the time of booking. Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book deposit-free in future.
Orders & products
Waist beads, beaded bags and lashes shown in our shop are handmade to order. Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp, where we'll discuss customisations, availability, pricing and delivery. Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size and finish are part of the charm.
Payments
Deposits are processed securely through Paystack. We do not see or store your card details. All prices on the site are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice.
